STUDIO VISIT
During my visit to the studio, I experienced "Present Shock II," where algorithmically generated news headlines highlighted the collapse of context in our present moment, disrupting our sense of time.
"Our Time" used moving pendulums and lights to illustrate the fluidity of time, shifting from fast to slow rhythms. In "Polyphony," animal and habitat sounds created a spatial soundscape, honoring the connection between humans and nature, while also acknowledging the loss of species due to industrialization.

DESIGN
I initially designed a controller prototype using cardboard, then transferred the measurements to AutoCAD to create key components, which were later laser-cut.
For the wiring, I used the Makey-Makey electrical kit to map the forward, back, left, and right keys on the keyboard. To achieve a smoother finish, I sanded the entire controller and applied oil paint for a polished look.

USER TESTING
I conducted user testing to evaluate the functionality of the controller and ensure the immersive world integrated seamlessly. The tests were successful, with users showing strong engagement and interest in the animations, confirming the effectiveness of the design.
